I did three weeks ago the first case of Eve Dallas as audio book downloaded from Audible , now I'm lost and in love - in the world of Eve and definitive and unalterable in Roarke ! :-) What a thrilling, application-rich, exciting and brilliantly told story!
The book begins with a murder, an addition of a few ... . Sharon DeBlass is a precious "partner" in New York in 2058. Eve is a very pleasant, significant and fascinating figure. I liked it right away! She (as well as Roarke) to fight with a lot of emotional baggage from their past and their history has made me cringe several times angry. It is not surprising that she is struggling with closeness and trust, it actually borders on a miracle that she has mastered her life so far as grandiose and speaks for their unusually strong personality. Eve female police officer is out of passion and defined exclusively by their job, it is now Roarke to convince them that they not only have a private life may have, but also a genuine and trust-based partnership. Roarke is to be anywhere near real too good. LOL That makes him so irresistible, too! He is the prototype of the business tycoons such. He's incredibly attractive, mysterious and courteous. It seems to me constantly as if he did always two hours before Eve, what they really want and need :-). He is worth a sin and I set myself willingly entered the ranks of his admirers:)).
The thriller part of the book I was absolutely packed and at times can listen breathlessly. The solution was also surprising and shocking, here has done a great job JD Robb. can praise
not very high and loud enough to the performance of Tanya Geke to the reader. She manages a vocal brilliance and presence of each figure to lend its voice. They shall at all times in a credible and highly professional. The hearing has been a real pleasure and mental cinema of the best quality! It's great! Really! predicate: fully worth hearing-recommended! :-)
PS The story's a bit settled in the future, what I've always can smile again. JD's visions are kinda cute :-). There are floating Grille, slip bands, huge amount of skyscrapers, cars fly / hover, every conceivable only visual change is feasible and seemingly without effort, people will fit well over 100 years old, but there are still floppy disks as storage medium No. 1 :-)
